To work legally as an event security guard, you need the ESO certificate\u2014the Surveillance and Law Enforcement Exam. You don\u2019t need any prior experience. It starts with signing up and an introductory meeting, so we can get to know each other and see if it\u2019s a good fit. After that, you\u2019ll begin the training program to become an event security officer. You\u2019ll go through the program at your own pace, and we\u2019ll be there to support you every step of the way. <\/span>As soon as you\u2019ve earned your ESO diploma, you\u2019ll receive your security guard ID card and will be officially eligible for assignment. From that moment on, you\u2019ll start working at our events and gradually earn back the 350 euros you spent on your training through the hours you work. This makes it easy to balance the job with school or another job.
