• Scheduling all employees through the Secusoft planning system used by ISG Security
• Maintaining intensive contact between team members and clients
• Preparing work schedules
• Support/presence at locations

What are the responsibilities?

• Ensuring optimal execution of planning
• Processing and sending daily reports
• Maintaining intensive contact with clients
• Preparing and issuing work instructions
• Ensuring correct communication and behavior both internally and externally
• Reporting and accountability to the director
• Registering assignments with the National Police

Education, experience, and skills

• At least MBO level
• Knowledge of the Secusoft planning system (not required)
• Very precise and meticulous working skills
• Knowledge and experience with ISG Security services as well as extensive experience and knowledge of the market
• Knowledge of internal processes and procedures
• A valid driver’s license (B)
