• Maintain intensive contact between team members and clients

• Maintain intensive contact between team members and project managers/team leaders of the events
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and office (cleaning, organizing)

• Ensuring optimal execution of logistics
• Helping maintain a neat and organized warehouse
• Keeping clothing inventory up to date and assisting internal clients
• Ensuring correct communication and behavior both internally and externally
• Reporting and being accountable to the operations manager

Education, experience, and skills

• At least MBO level
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Very precise and meticulous working skills
