He or she is responsible for recruiting, selecting, compensating, evaluating, and training employees at ISG Security. He or she oversees the organizational culture and ensures compliance with labor regulations and legislation.

Job Description

• Drafts and posts job openings;
• Welcomes and interviews new employees. Ensures that new employees are trained by a team member;
• Contributes to employees’ personal development through continuing education and/or training;
• Shapes the organization’s exit policy (terminations and exit interviews);
• Serves as a point of contact for all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Properly carrying out the tasks assigned to him or her;
• Reporting to and being accountable to the operations director;
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of personnel records.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Minimum MBO level
• Knowledge of human resources and labor-related tasks
• Knowledge of internal processes and procedures
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a plus
• Knowledge of AFAS

Employment

• Part-time/Full-time, 32–36 hours per week
• Fixed-term contract for 1 year with the possibility of permanent employment
• On-site workplace (Aalsmeer)
