Are you the kind of person who puts visitors at ease and can you keep a clear head even when things get busy? ISG Security is looking for Service Staff members to support the security team during events in the hospitable, service-oriented part of the organization.

What will you be doing?
As a Service Staff member, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure that everything at and around the event runs smoothly. Your duties will include:

• Checking tickets and putting on wristbands
• Helping visitors find their way and answering questions
• Keeping emergency exits and walkways clear
• Assisting with coat check and performing minor service tasks
• Identifying and reporting any unusual occurrences to the security team

At ISG Security, you don’t work separately from the security team—you’re right in the thick of it. With your hospitality and attentiveness, you’ll work alongside our security guards to ensure that an event runs not only safely but also smoothly and pleasantly for everyone.

What we're looking for:

• No degree required, but you must be presentable and hospitable
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
• Stress-resistant and a team player
• Proficient in Dutch
