Do you have complaints, suggestions, or do you need our General Terms and Conditions?
Individuals or clients who have complaints about our services or the behavior of our employees can report them to ISG Security. We are also open to suggestions that can improve the quality of our services. Complaints about the performance of our services must be reported in writing by the client within 8 days after the defect in performance is discovered, providing a precise description of the nature and extent of the complaints.
