Where will you be working? You will be joining an organization that views security as a form of psychology. We operate nationwide but are particularly active in and around the four major cities: Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, and Rotterdam. What will you be doing? You will support and guide a carefully selected team of security officers who have an affinity with different target groups and cultures. Together with your manager, you will be responsible for the daily execution of tasks and ensure that the entire process, from assignment to implementation, runs smoothly. As you need to be familiar with the employee profiles we have, you will work closely with the HR and operations departments. Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients on-site for daily queries;
- Ensuring compliance with work instructions;
- Matching the right employee profiles with assignments, in consultation with operations;
- Maintaining close contact with team members and clients;
- Reporting and being accountable to your manager.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include monthly meetings with the management team and a four-weekly on-call duty. Who are we looking for?
- Certified security officer with extensive experience in the security sector;
- Minimum MBO level of education;
- Security Officer Level 3 certificate is a plus (or willing to obtain it through us);
- Preferably residing within a 25 km radius of Amsterdam;
- Own means of transportation;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Highly punctual and precise;
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
- Experience with planning systems or quick to learn new digital tools;
- Knowledge of ISG Security’s services, as well as substantial market knowledge;
- Understanding of internal processes and procedures or willing to learn;
- Ability to think ahead and quickly adapt to changes;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Flexible and able to handle fluctuating workloads;
- Proactive work attitude;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Valid driver's license (Category B);
- Talent and the right attitude are the most important skills.
